Practical and flexible to use, the model board is particularly suitable for daily recommendations, tastings or as a dessert menu. The sheet is attached to the front of the card, but can also be attached to the back if desired.
The hardcover has crease-resistant, closed edges and edge protection in silver or gold. The surfaces are water and grease repellent and easy to clean.
